Duchossois Industries, Inc. Appoints Robert L. Fealy to President and Chief Operating Officer

Craig J. Duchossois, CEO of Duchossois Industries, Inc. (DII), proudly announces the promotion of Robert L. Fealy to the newly created position of President and Chief Operating Officer of DII. Fealy, who most recently served as Executive Vice President, will now oversee the operations of all DII portfolio companies.

"Not only has he earned the respect of his DII colleagues during his 12 years of service to the organization, he is also a well-respected and involved member of the local community,” said Duchossois.

In addition to his new DII responsibilities, Fealy serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Churchill Downs, Inc., a NASDAQ listed company, as well as the Boards of Pella Corporation and Radeum, Inc. He is a founding Board member of the Illinois Venture Capital Association and Treasurer of the IVCA-PAC.

Prior to joining DII, Fealy served in several senior roles at Cummins Engine Company, including Vice President of Business Strategy and Treasurer. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati and is a Trustee of the University of Cincinnati Foundation, a member of the UC Business Advisory Council, and Chair of the Chicago Region Capital Campaign for UC. He is a CPA and a member of The Economic Club of Chicago and the Executives’ Club of Chicago.
