AMX Named One of the Top 25 Best Places to Work in the U.S.

AMX® a worldwide leader in advanced control system technology, was honored today as one of the top 50 Best Small and Medium Companies to Work for in America at the Society for Human Resource Management's (SHRM) 58th Annual Conference and Exposition in Washington, D.C. This recognition comes just one month after the Dallas Business Journal named AMX a Best Place to Work in Dallas – Fort Worth, an honor bestowed upon the company for the third consecutive year in a row.
The Best Places to Work ranking recognizes the top 25 small and top 25 medium-sized companies in America that use innovative and smart people management strategies to develop successful organizations with highly productive and satisfied workforces. The organizations, ranging in size from 50 to 999 employees, were announced by SHRM and selected and ranked by the Great Place to Work® Institute (GPTW), which works with FORTUNE Magazine, HR Magazine and other leading publications in 28 countries around the world to publish and recognize employer excellence. The results were based on employee opinion surveys, and each company evaluated was given a score based on employees' confidential responses to a detailed questionnaire about the organizations' workplace cultures.
