company with holdings in the consumer products, technology
and service sectors, valued in excess of $2 billion dollars. We seek to
build our companies by providing management support, capital
resources and a long-term commitment to growth in value.

We are both an investment company and an operating company.
Our operating roots trace back to 1916 and a small freight car
repair shop which became the foundation for the diverse group of
companies that have been developed by the Duchossois family.
