Target Revenue Size*:	$100 million to $500 million
Target EBITDA:	$10 million to $75 million
Target Equity Per Acquisition Platform**:	$30 million to $200 million
Geographic Market:	Primary focus on North America
Key Characteristic:	Significant Growth Potential and/or Ability to Generate Outstanding Cash Flow Return

*We will consider smaller companies if they represent a complementary acquisition to one of our existing operating companies or if there is a credible story for rapid growth through future acquisitions.

**We also will make smaller equity investments and take a minority position provided we have an opportunity to serve on the Board of Directors and see the potential for significant growth in value.
